JACQUELINE ROWE PRESENTS: 2nd ANNUAL FACE MY ABUSE DOMESTIC VIOLENCE WALK

On Saturday October 5th 2013 Brooklyn’s very own domestic violence organization Face My Abuse will be holding their 2nd Annual Face My Abuse Domestic Violence at WINGATE PARK Brooklyn, New York 11203 at 11:30am. This years Face My Abuse Domestic Violence Walk is to raise awareness in our community concerning domestic violence acts. The Face My Abuse organization hopes to reach out, inform, and become of assistance to those victims and family members in need. Through this event the organization anticipates to lead victims and survivors to a better way of life, free from abuse through the necessary resources.

Founder Jacqueline Rowe, domestic violence survivor and former a-list celebrity consultant has redirected all of her energy to this cause because she believes in the empowerment of women and youth without any sort of violence. Face My Abuse will hold a complementary early breakfast, along with a Letting Go Ceremony as a symbol of becoming an advocate of domestic violence, for all those that have suffered or lost someone through any domestic violence act. VH1 Reality TV Personality and domestic violence abuse advocate Erica Mena, and Book Author Teri Woods are amongst the few  who will be co-hosting and speaking at this years 2nd Annual Face My Abuse Domestic Violence Walk.
