Sexist Sexism


We’re living in a time where women in western societies are free and able to speak out about the sexism that still exists despite all the activisms towards equal rights. Journalists are quick to jump on this topic as a quick interest filler to get the readers in but fail to highlight that sexism isn’t just aimed towards women.

I am a women and as a women I think its important for people to see that sexism and domestic violence is a two way thing and its not just women who are affected.

Almost half of domestic violence cases are from men who have been abused, they should not be laughed at or ridiculed for “not being a man” or to “man up” or being called a “girl” or “gay” as if those terms should cause offence.
